Jessica is a Licensed Muscular Therapist with 19 years of clinical experience as well as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Massage Cupping Practitioner (CMCP), Certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor, founder of the Cirque Body Aerial Yoga and Aerial Conditioning method. She is a graduate of The Muscular Therapy Institute (Cambridge, MA, 2004) and attended Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Boston University for pre-med studies in Human Physiology. In each of her clinical sessions, she brings together her knowledge, advanced training and experience in the following modalities:

Jessica has previously maintained a full-time private practice of 16 years in Lexington, MA and now continues to serve the MetroBoston area from her new Winchester, MA location as well as a part-time private practice in Amherst, NH at the Spinal Corrective Center serving the Southern New Hampshire area. Additionally, she provides exclusive massage therapy services to the senior residents of the Huntington of Nashua and Hunt Community retirement communities located in Nashua, NH. 

Jessica is a Massage Therapy Consultant for Harvard University Athletics & Sports Medicine and has been called upon by professional athletes and Division 1 collegiate sports teams that travel to the MetroBoston area. Additionally, she is a 12-year veteran Volunteer Massage Therapist for the Boston Athletic Association’s legendary Boston Marathon, working with high profile, elite runners, wheelchair athletes, and movement-impaired athletes.

In whatever spare time she has, Jessica is a yoga and aerial yoga instructor, circus arts instructor, motorcycle enthusiast, snowboarder/skier, and a MINI Cooper car enthusiast, who may get her skates back on the ice every couple of years for the annual alumni game of the Boston University Women’s Ice Hockey Team.
